National Public Lands Day- Volunteer at Nature Center, Chain O’ Lakes State Park

Event Description: Come help us celebrate National Public Lands Day by volunteering in our nature center. We need your help making sure it is ready for winter! A fun chance to roll up your sleeves and see how we prepare for winter, cleaning tanks, cleaning mounts and more. This will also be a wonderful opportunity for you to meet your new year round naturalist, Kaitlyn. Meet at the nature center and be sure to bring some clothes you dont mind…

Pumpkin Fantasyland

Many displays of characters made from pumpkins and gourds. Pumpkin carvings of all the American presidents. Open daily all month.
